Aroma: Overtones of biscuit and bread crust. Undertones of very minor hops along with caramel/toffee. 8/10

Appearance: Ruby with deep copper highlights. Off-white head with good retention. Excellent clarity. 8.5/10

Flavor: A hint of hop bitterness in the beginning followed by a clean middle with light-medium malt. The end is dry with medium roasted malt, minor hops and moderate astringency. Malt and an English yeast character linger in the aftertaste. 14.5/20

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body with low-moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 8/10

Overall Impression: Dry, slightly roasty, and mild, with just enough hops to support the malt and have a slight bitterness. Moderate astringency is the main flaw. 36/50

Final Score: 75% = D+
