Aroma: Moderate pale malt that is slightly doughy. Light flowery and herbal hops. 8/12

Appearance: Deep gold with excellent clarity. Off-white foam with fine to medium bubbles. 3/3

Flavor: Elegant, smooth maltiness with moderate light-medium toasted malt. Well attenuated with a hint of sweetness in the end. Clean lager character. Low-medium hop bitterness. Balance is toward bitterness. Light flowery hops in the end with light mint hops in the aftertaste. 15/20

Texture: Smooth with medium body. Moderate carbonation. 5/5

Overall Impression: Excellent, elegant malt character. Kind of a hybrid between the festbier and marzen styles. Not quite as malty as a marzen, a little maltier than a festbier. 8/10
