Flavor: Low-medium honey. Low light maltiness with a hint of biscuit. Medium-low bitterness. Low-medium sweetness. Balance is slightly toward bitterness. Minor sweetness and medium bitterness in the aftertaste. 12/20

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Moderate carbonation. Generally smooth with occasional light harshness in the finish. 2/5

Overall Impression: A good bitterness level, but the sweetness and occasional harshness detract. 6/10
