Aroma: Overtones of light champagne, moderate lager character, and low-moderate spicy hop character. Undertones of low-moderate light grainy maltiness. 8.5/10
Appearance: Yellow with excellent clarity. White head with fine bubbles and good retention. 9/10
Flavor: Moderate hop bitterness in the beginning. The middle is clean and dry with a lager character and continuing moderate hop bitterness. Moderate light-toasted grainy maltiness in the end along with a very slight impression of sweetness, moderate-high hop bitterness, and light chalkiness. Lasting moderate-high bitterness and low light-toasted grainy maltiness in the aftertaste. 18.5/20
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Moderate-high carbonation. No alcohol. 9/10
Overall Impression: Clean and dry with particularly clean bitterness throughout. 45.5/50
