Aroma: Overtones of light spicy Noble hops and minor light malt that gives a slight cracker character. Undertones of minerality and German yeast character. 8/10

Appearance: Light yellow body with excellent clarity. Bright white head with excellent retention and medium to fine bubbles. 9/10

Flavor: Medium bitterness in the beginning followed by a crisp, clean, and dry middle with moderate light-toasted malt. Minor chalk and medium bitterness in the end. Light-toasted malt and minor hop bitterness in the aftertaste. 19/20

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation and no alcohol. 8.5/10

Overall Impression: Crisp and clean with a nice minerality. 47/50
