Flavor: Moderate hop bitterness in the beginning but no hop flavor. A clean, medium-dry middle with moderate dark-roasted malt and light baking chocolate. Low-moderate hop bitterness in the end fades into a light bitterness in the aftertaste along with an initial impression of eggnog. 18/20
