Appearance: Copper with deep amber highlights. Light tan head with moderate retention and small to medium bubbles. 8.5/10

Flavor: Moderate medium-roasted malt with notes of chocolate in the beginning along with moderate cherry. Moderate cherry tartness and low sweetness in the middle. The end has moderate malt, moderate tartness, and low sweetness with notes of moderate brown sugar and light raisan. The end also has moderate barrel character, especially vanilla. Low malt and moderate tartness linger in the aftertaste. 18.5/20

Mouthfeel: Medium-full body, high carbonation, warming alcohol. 8/10
