Aroma: Overtones of deep coffee and Bourbon. Undertones of strong cocoa nibs. 9.5/10

Appearance: Opaque, very dark brown. Tan head with low retention. 9/10

Flavor: Dry chocolate and minor Bourbon in the beginning followed by minor-moderate sweetness and minor chocolate in the middle. Low-moderate hop bitterness, moderate chocolate and moderate Bourbon in the end. The aftertaste has minor marshmallow and moderate cocoa. 18/20

Mouthfeel: Medium-heavy body. Low carbonation. Minor warm alcohol. 9/10

Overall Impression: The coffee, oak, bourbon, and chocolate notes come together to create an Imperial Stout packed with rich, smooth, and bold flavors. 42.5/50
