Glass: Tulip
Aroma: Overtones of medium grapefruit and medium spicy hops. Undertones of moderate wit yeast character and low fruitiness. 9.5/10
Appearance: Cloudy, straw in color. Bright white head with excellent retention and fine to large bubbles. 9.5/10
Flavor: Low hop bitterness in the beginning followed by low fruitiness, a hint of pale malt, and moderate spicy hops. Low-medium hop bitterness in the end along with moderate spicy hops and moderate grapefruit. Light bitterness and low wit yeast character linger in the aftertaste with minor bubblegum and a “juicy” character. 18.5/20
Mouthfeel: Light-medium body. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 9.5/10
Overall Impression: I wasn’t able to pick out any specific fruits, but they add a dimension to the beer while the dry-hopping adds a modern sensibility to the style. 46.5/50
