Aroma: Overtones of minor citrus, specifically grapefruit, and pineapple. Undertones of low hop spiciness. Clean, almost lager-like. 9/10
Appearance: Cloudy, but almost luminescent. Straw to light yellow. Bright white head with excellent retention. 9.5/10
Flavor: Moderate-high hop bitterness and minor lemon in the beginning, followed by a clean, dry middle with moderate “smooth” bitterness. Moderate-high hop bitterness in the end with medium-high hop spiciness. Lingering bitterness and hop spice in the aftertaste. 19.5/20
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 8.5/10
Overall Impression: Bitter throughout while not overshadowing the citrus and spicy characteristics of the hops. 48/50
