Aroma: Overtones of citrus and lime. Undertones of floral hops, apple, minor malt sweetness and a hint of honey. 9.5/10
Appearance: Deep golden honey with excellent clarity. Off-white, almost gray, head with good retention. 9/10
Flavor: Moderate hop bitterness in the beginning followed by moderate malt sweetness in the middle. The end is crisp and dry with hop bitterness and hints of grass and grapefruit. 19/20
Mouthfeel: Smooth. Medium body with moderate carbonation, no alcohol. 9/10
Overall Impression: Excellent hop profile from aroma to aftertaste. Malt sweetness provides a nice counter to the hop bitterness, and the dry finish complements the hops well. Superb showcase for Northern Discovery hops. 47/50
