Aroma: Sour overtones with Belgian (actually wild) yeast. Undertones of dark fruit, especially cherries, along with minor malt. 9.5/10

Appearance: Light brown with ruby highlights. Excellent clarity when held to light. Off-white to tan head with good retention. 8.5/10

Flavor: Smooth sourness throughout. Effervescent in the beginning followed by notes of cherry, dark fruit, grape juice and malt in the middle.  The end is moderately sweet and the aftertaste has occasional hints of banana and low hop bitterness. 19/20

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate-high carbonation, no alcohol. 9/10

Overall Impression: Excellent sourness throughout that is countered by just enough sweetness and complemented by cherry and dark fruit flavors. Complex and refreshing. 47.5/50

Final Score: 94% = A-
