Aroma: Overtones of minor toasty and bready malt, along with minor noble hops with slight floral notes. Undertones of warm maltiness and hints of smoke that give a sensation of umami. 8.5/10
Appearance: Deep gold. Off-white head with excellent retention. Excellent clarity. 9.5/10
Flavor: The beginning is moderately malty including bread and toast notes, along with hints of hop bitterness. Rich maltiness continues in the middle with clean lager characteristics. Moderate sweetness in the end but still with a sense of attenuation, along with minor hop bitterness and slight hop spiciness. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. 18.5/20
Mouthfeel: Slightly creamy, medium-full. Minor astringency, slight warming alcohol. 9/10
Overall Impression: Rich and malty with just enough hop bitterness, attenuation, and sweetness. 46/50
