Aroma: Overtones of moderate malt sweetness and banana bread (banana, walnuts, spices). Undertones of cinnamon, cherry, and dark fruit. 9.5/10
Appearance: Very dark brown with deep ruby highlights. Tan head with small and large bubbles and excellent retention. 9.5/10
Flavor: Minor malt and moderate hop bitterness in the beginning followed by a clean middle with minor roasted malt. Minor banana and a hint of maple in the end. Light sweetness and minor burnt sugar linger in the aftertaste. 19/20
