Aroma: Overtones of minor grapefruit. Undertones of light Belgian yeast character and minor light-toasted malt. 8.5/10
Appearance: Cloudy, deep yellow with highlights of orange. White head with excellent retention. 9/10
Flavor: Moderate grapefruit and medium hop bitterness in the beginning followed by moderate Belgian yeast character and medium citrus in the middle. The end is dry with moderate hop bitterness. Citrus, mild hop bitterness and mild Belgian yeast character linger in the aftertaste. 18.5/20
Mouthfeel: Light body. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 9/10
