Aroma: Overtones of sour kombucha. Undertones of honey, hops and ginger.  8/10

Appearance: Pale straw with no head. Moderate clarity. 6/10

Flavor: Sourness dominates the beginning with a cross between lambic and kombucha. Honey-like sweetness shows up strongly in the middle, followed by spicy ginger and tanginess on a hop background in the end. Ginger and sweetness continue in the aftertaste.  18/20

Mouthfeel: Thick, almost sticky body. Low carbonation. No alcohol. 8/10

Overall Impression: The kombucha sourness combines well with the hop background and ginger spiciness. A bit too sweet at times. 43/50
