Aroma: Overtones of lager yeast and spicy hops, with slight breadiness. Undertones of caramel and dry malt. 8.5/10
Appearance: Light brown to copper with a white head. Excellent clarity. 8/10
Flavor: Bread and some biscuit flavors begin the beer, followed by hints of dry berry in the middle. Chalkiness shows up at the end, along with some more biscuit flavor and mild hop bitterness. The hops and malt are stale in the aftertaste. 15/20
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. Chalky at times. 7.5/10
Overall Impression: Quite bready, with noticeable chalkiness. An average Oktoberfest that is lacking a clean flavor and finish. 38/50
