Aroma: Overtones of chocolate, medium roasted malt and salted soft pretzel. Undertones of malt sweetness and earthy hop bitterness. 8/10
Appearance: Dark brown, almost black, with deep amber highlights. Tan head with mostly fine bubbles. 9/10
Flavor: Moderate chocolate and dark roasted malt in the beginning is followed by dark malt bitterness that shows occasional sourness in the middle. Marshmallow-like sweetness shows up in the end, balanced by low hop bitterness that mirrors the malt bitterness in the middle. Lingering dark roasted malt sweetness in the aftertaste. 18/20
Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy with a medium body and moderate carbonation. Minor alcohol. 9/10
