Aroma: Overtones of salted soft pretzel and yeast. Undertones of chocolate and earthy hops. 8/10
Appearance: Dark brown with deep amber highlights. Light tan head. Good clarity. 9/10
Flavor: Mild dark roasted malt begins the beer, along with a bit of chocolate. Malt bitterness shows up in the middle and is replaced by a bit of hop bitterness at the end. Hops linger in the aftertaste before giving way to chocolate malt. 17/20
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 8/10
