Aroma: Sour overtones with a hint of sweetness. Undertones of mild citrus. 8/10

Appearance: A dull, deep gold with no head retention. Good clarity. 7/10

Flavor: Sour in the beginning with a hint of salt, followed by a moderate malt background where the salt continues.  A crisp, refreshing sourness returns in the end, along with a bit of coriander. Malt and salt in the aftertaste. 18.5/20

Mouthfeel: Medium-full body with low carbonation. Smooth with no alcohol. 9.5/10

Overall Impression: Sour, dry and refreshing with a nice salt background and finish.  46.5/50
