Aroma: Overtones of warm spices and sweetness that are reminiscent of apple cider with hints of potpourri. Undertones of slight yeast and malt. 9/10

Appearance: Deep copper body with tones of brown throughout. Off-white head. Good clarity.  9/10

Flavor: The beer begins with warm spices on a sweet, somewhat malty background. Malt sweetness becomes more prominent in the middle with notes of fig appearing. Quick, bright hop bitterness, and pleasant spice sharpness end the beer. Sweetness fades in the aftertaste as warm spices linger.  18/20

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. No alcohol. 9/10

Overall Impression: Good balance between the warm spices, sweetness and hop bitterness.  The spices and sweetness are noticeable throughout but not overwhelming. 45/50
