Flavor: A crisp, sweet beginning balances well with the tartness of the middle. Cranberry, and even hints of raspberry, come through in the end while providing a refreshing, tart finish. The aftertaste is like that of champagne with a pleasant, dry, lingering sweetness, balanced well with the tartness of cranberries. 19/20
Mouthfeel: Medium body with high carbonation that matches the beer well. 9/10
Overall Impression: An excellent lambic that is sweet and highly carbonated, while also being refreshing and superbly balanced by the tartness of cranberries. 48/50
