Aroma: Overtones of Belgian yeast with undertones of jasmine, orange, and dry, honey-like sweetness. 9/10
Appearance: Straw color with yeast present in the beer causing slight haziness. White head. 9/10
Flavor: Notes of orange and jasmine in the beginning with light malt sweetness in the middle. Belgian yeast shows through in the end while mild hops and alcohol linger on in the aftertaste. 18/20
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol is apparent at times. 9/10
Overall Impression: A delicate, but complex Tripel comparable in flavor to orange blossom honey, but with a drier sweetness. 47/50
