Aroma: Overtones of citrus, stuffing seasoning, and moderate honey sweetness. Undertones of raisin and Belgian yeast. 9/10

Appearance: Hazy straw body with pale yellow highlights. Bright white head.  9/10

Flavor: The beer begins with hints of stuffing seasoning balanced by a pale malt background and minor sweetness. The warmness of sage and the pine flavors of rosemary become more noticeable in the middle before citrus hops end the beer.  The aftertaste is dry with lingering hop and stuffing seasoning notes, along with some minor astringency. 18/20

Mouthfeel: Medium body. Well carbonated. Minor alcohol. 9/10

Overall Impression: The addition of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme is subtle, but noticeable, lending an interesting stuffing seasoning background to the dry, slightly sweet Saison.  A good beer for the holidays, that would also be appropriate all year round.  46/50
